These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to haddai.lk and related website features operated by Haddai Pvt Ltd ("Haddai", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Separate written terms, a confirmed quotation, invoice or service agreement may also apply to a particular purchase, fitting or appointment and will control if it expressly differs from these website Terms.

2. Website purpose

The website provides general information, product ranges, indicative or starting prices and ways to contact us. Unless a checkout or written acceptance process expressly states otherwise, website content and an enquiry submitted through the website do not by themselves create a binding order, appointment or contract. A purchase or service arrangement is confirmed only when we confirm the relevant product or service, availability, final price and any applicable payment or appointment terms.

3. Eligibility and accurate information

You must be legally able to enter into the relevant arrangement. A parent or legal guardian should act for a person under 18. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to update us if information relevant to an enquiry, consultation, fitting, payment, collection or delivery changes.

4. Products, images and availability

We aim to describe products and services accurately. Hair is a natural product, and colour, texture, curl pattern, density, length, finish and appearance may vary between items, screens, lighting conditions and the final fitted or styled result. Images, videos, measurements and descriptions are illustrative unless we expressly confirm otherwise. Products, colours, lengths, appointment times and services remain subject to availability.

5. Prices, quotations and payment

Prices are shown in Sri Lankan rupees unless stated otherwise. A displayed amount may be a starting or indicative price and can change according to product type, length, colour, texture, quantity, customisation, fitting or other selected options. The final price is the amount we confirm before accepting payment. If a displayed price is clearly incorrect, we may correct it before confirming the transaction. Available payment methods and any instalment-provider option, including Koko where shown, depend on the product and the provider's eligibility requirements and separate terms.

6. Consultations, fittings and results

Recommendations depend on the information and hair condition available at the time of consultation. Please disclose information reasonably relevant to safe fitting, adhesives, colour, maintenance or product use. Individual results vary, and examples or testimonials do not guarantee an identical result. Follow the care, maintenance, removal and follow-up instructions supplied for your product or service. Hair-loss concerns may have medical causes; our website and consultations do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, and you should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate.

7. Orders and changes

An order may depend on a deposit, full payment, colour match, measurement, consultation or supplier availability. Review the confirmed details carefully. Requests to change an order are subject to feasibility and may change the price or completion time, particularly after sourcing, colouring, cutting, altering or custom work has begun.

8. Appointments, cancellations and returns

Please tell us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Any appointment deposit, cancellation, return, exchange, refund or warranty terms specific to your purchase will be disclosed or confirmed before payment where applicable. Because of hygiene, safety and customisation considerations, opened, worn, fitted, cut, coloured, altered or custom-made hair products may be ineligible for return or may have limited remedies where permitted by law and disclosed before purchase. Nothing in these Terms removes a mandatory remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Collection and delivery

Collection or delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delays may occur because of sourcing, custom work, courier operations or events outside reasonable control. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery or contact details and for checking the package or item promptly. Any delivery charge, risk arrangement or special collection requirement will be confirmed for the relevant order.

10. AI try-on

The AI try-on feature is an illustrative visualisation tool and is not a guarantee of colour, texture, fit, density, scale or final appearance. Results may be inaccurate or generated. Do not rely on them as professional, medical or purchasing advice; a studio consultation and physical colour or fit assessment may still be needed. The AI try-on service may be operated on a separate website and may apply its own terms and privacy policy. Review them before uploading a photograph or other personal data.

11. Acceptable website use

• Use the website only for lawful, personal or legitimate business purposes.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, disrupt the website, introduce malicious code, scrape it at unreasonable scale or gain unauthorised access.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing or abusive content, or impersonate another person.
• Do not use our name, branding, images, product copy or other content in a way that falsely suggests endorsement or permission.

12. Intellectual property

The website and its branding, layout, text, graphics, photographs, videos and other content are owned by or licensed to Haddai and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and make a limited copy for your personal, non-commercial use. No other reproduction, modification, distribution, sale or commercial use is permitted without prior written permission or another legal right.

13. Third-party services

Links or integrations may lead to services operated by third parties, including WhatsApp, Google, social networks, payment or instalment providers, delivery providers and the AI try-on service. Their availability, content, security, privacy and performance are governed by their own terms. A link does not mean that we control or guarantee the third-party service.

14. Website availability and information

We may update, suspend or withdraw website content or features and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We take reasonable care with information but, to the extent permitted by law, the website is provided for general information without a guarantee that every item is complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose. Each party remains responsible for loss caused by its own breach or unlawful conduct.
